SWRM appointing YOUNGER tech management

As a tech company we needed a younger management team. You can't be high tech play with old people heading company (no offense to anyone older)

market wants to see people with real tech background and younger vibe to move this story forward.

The reviewing all their assets and shelving ones that don't make sense is also good idea. They need to laser focus on 1-2 ideas and that's it.

Then appoint people to manage those ideas so someone has to answer every quarter what is going on with that division. What have you done, and need to do.
