I just went to their Investor Relations and this is in the FAQ. Doesn't look like they sponsor a DRIP or DSPP.

With TDA there is a tab to do the DRIP Dividend Reinvestment. Right after the pay date the broker will buy your ORC shares at the 5% discount. They dont buy round lots, you'll always get fragmented shares that screws up your count, for example I'll get like 100.896 shares.

Many times the DRIP will buy you shares at higher prices cause we all know the shares will sell off in a weeks time past the pay date.

Monthly dividend payers have a set pattern, once thats discovered, you can usually get shares cheaper than the drip price.

I think last month I got some DRIP in one account at about $5.37 then after a week or so the sp dropped to the high $4.90's where I bought more just buying retail. It all works out in the end.
