Of course, since the FDA had our application well in advance of approving the toci EUA, there is no premise possible that the EUA was granted since there was nothing was better.

And another thing, it is self-evident now that no one at the FDA even looked at Genentech/Roche's Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC) qualifications necessary to be awarded with an EUA. How does the FDA convince anyone these qualifications were met, when two months after awarding the EUA, Genentech/Roach has run out of inventory?

I don’t think there’s any doubt by now we are getting screwed .
The big boys keep buying in the shadows though so all hope is not lost…
They also own the 10 mm short positions though ….so who knows.
