Well he is rapidly running out of time. Less than 6 weeks before delisting.
Has he paid the $14K fee to the OTC? Has he downloaded the OTCIQ app, and gotten approval from OTC to upload filings? Does he have letter from the attorney? Does he even have an attorney? (he didn't use an attorney for the amendment filing). Shouldn't we be able to find out who the attorney on record is...as that should be public info.
The company has been working on this for the past 6 months...you would think he would have it all completed by now. He only has to cover last 2 years of filings.
