Unfortunately, ISRAMCO INC. no longer exists, it went private. Back in the year 1990 or so, there were two companies at the time, often mixed up by investors, ISRAMCO Limited Partnership of Israel, and ISRAMCO INC. on the NASDAQ. ISRAMCO LIMITED still exists today, but they were completely separate and I'm not referring to ISRAMCO LIMITED.

As long as you know the difference between the two, go to EDGAR. EDGAR will not have anything on ISRAMCO LIMITED because that is 100% Israeli. But they will have everything on ISRAMCO Inc since 1995. (On EDGAR, go to company filings, under search, enter ISRAMCO, click on ISRAMCO Inc.).

if you want to punish yourself, I guess you could start reading their annual reports since the year 1995 or so. The drilling in the Congo, which was a bust, was about 2004. Most of the time ISRAMCO managed, but did not own more than 1%, of the drillings they did in Israel. (The CONGO one was 100% owned by ISRAMCO, as was at least one drilling in Israel).

As I've said many times, Zion Oil is not the first, or last, American company to look for oil in Israel.

Since ISRAMCO Inc was a company that usually managed drilling for oil in Israel for investors, but did not always invest themselves, you might find what they charged to manage a project interesting. Other than that, not much value in going through their old annual reports.
