It says Francis Clear brought an Attorney Letter of Action and other documents including Death Certificate of Thomas dated 11/9/2020 to allow for the "unrestricted shares" to be transferred to him.
Not clear to me if shares were already deemed unrestricted, or if the shares became unrestricted upon the transfer. They are unrestricted now though.
