Francis was granted the Durable Power of Attorney of the shares for Mrs. Regina Ross Schroepfer. This is legal as upon Thomas Schroepfer's death, his will left his entire estate to his wife. The punishment for his past deeds did not call for his divesting the shares so they were willed to his wife. Since she is not banned from any actions dealing with the shares or banned from profiting from them, she had Francis take Durable Power of Attorney to manage the shares. Francis is also not banned from profiting from the shares.
This is all explained on the SFIO group on Telegram as of last Friday from information given by our Director, Jeths, after FINRA also inquired about those shares to him. Jeths had his lawyer look into it to find the information.
