The only question left in my mind to accurately settle on a valuation. I can speculate on everything else, but the note is all that matters. It's only 75k, there is no one that Hans could find to get this transferred to with reasonable terms? I still want to believe Hans took care of this before the acquisition and only crumbs are left. It worked with seeing the plants sprouting (had pictures within 48 hours of a previous post)...maybe I can send some vibes to get him to announce an update on the note (if it's done). If not completed, then updates won't matter for my valuation purposes.
