There are two reasons, a lower share price makes it easier to sell the company to another person and or the stock is heading for bankruptcy and Shawn feels bad so he is telegraphing to investors to sell. Some businesses just don’t work out.

right there with you, truth, absolutely perplexing. trying to stay upbeat here, keep the faith, etc. etc., but it's getting very concerning at this point. we really, really, need that q to show us something positive. grst
