Only if you trade it daily. It's Per Transaction buy or sell.

Etrade only charges standard commission of $4.95 per transaction. No foreign fee.

Schwab charges $50 foreign transaction fee per trade.

I have both but only use Etrade to trade EEENF.

No believe it a one transaction fee. No one would buy and US Market would not accept it.
