Don't worry about Carl....

Phil Restifo, CEO of Data Commodities Ltd., said, "there is no doubt that the price and quality of Royal Spring Water's product has helped seal our deal with the county school district (Clark County School District, Las Vegas)"

Alex Hazan, RSW's President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "in signing this agreement and supplying the Clark County School District we hope to market and sell our water to other unified school districts around the country (snip) as part of the deal, Royal Spring Water will deliver bottled water to the county school district's central warehouse in Las Vegas as early as July 2006.”

Clark County School District, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the above PR from Royal Spring Water and the statement regarding "sealing the deal":

“The District does not have a contract with Data Commodities for bottled water. Data Commodities is not a current supplier nor are they listed in our historical supplier database.”

A report posted here last month advised that Mr. Resfifo was a "greeter" at last month's plant tour.

I was told in August (for public consumption) by a RSPG co-founder that the company has total confidence in Mr. Restifo and that the unretracted false press release regarding the Las Vegas school district was a matter RSPG "getting ahead of ourselves."

Yes, I am conflicted.
