From my recollection, revised complaints have already been filed in COFC and Judge Lamberth' s court.

I would think that the plaintiffs whose cases were earlier dismissed have a certain amount of time to appeal their dismissals after SCOTUS. If I were one of them, I would see if my case was aligned with the ones in COFC or Lamberth. If it was, I wouldn't spend more on legal fees.
