no it isnt...they announced when Vietnam allowed them in, when they created prodigy, when they started mass production, when they shipped some, the equipment they needed and were obtaining, a $40 mil contract, the fact they have on hand enough to ship to the kings group for their launch...

but how much is a security precaution????...
