It seems SRMX partners have notified Mr Max of the defamation. I hope they were able to share phone numbers, email addresses, and/or IP addresses!

I call bullshit. Maxine said it happened AGAIN. When did it happen previously?

Maxine has been the one to get caught in lie after lie, and even provided Material Non-Public information to a shareholder, which may have led to Insider Trading.

If what Maxine says is true, it would be an easy case to pursue, given that, he must have been told by the party that was allegedly contacted, who the perp is.

Maxine put that out almost exactly one year to the day that he last addressed shareholders, and now he basically said we won’t hear from him for a long, long time, as if he’s Rocketman.

If it were true, he should have come out and said that the company will look to file charges and seek punishment to the full extent of the law, but he didn’t do that.

Now, he looks like a little baby who picked up his toys and ran home.
