Well, the 68.5M and 66.6M plus shares that were just issued on May 25th (see disclosure) are RESTRICTED (Section 4(a)(2)). The 80M that will be issued to SafeBus will be Restricted for 1 year.
This man is an absolute FOOL if he doesn't start releasing news because NOW is the time to run it - not when 214M plus Million Restricted shares transfer into the FLOAT. Him hiding under a rock is the public perception and he has to change it.
Think of it like a small window because when it closes - she's done and then it's r/s time IMO. 167M is the float now - it will MORE THAN DOUBLE FOR SURE in due course. THINK
Not sure how LOCKED the float is - but it will never ever be this low again. Hope those that dumped all got scooped up by 3-4 folks that UNDERSTAND the above ? I guess we shall see
* As soon as the "sophisticated investors" that now have MILLIONS and MILLIONS of restricted shares can sell and get their money, don't you think that they will ? Look up / read about Section 4(a)(2) (Private Placement Exemption)
