Hey. I’m not sure but I am from Canada and invested in NSAV through my Scotiabank iTRADE acct back in 2011 and got 2 million dividend shares in 2017 and by shares got automatically released and joined my tradable shares in May. Not sure why or how it just showed that way and was very happy it did. Just sharing my experience and story.
