Yeah, sure. Pretty sure if you read through the prospectus for the IPO of KAHC, selling stock to raise money to buy stock in a dead, liquidated, empty company wasn't in it. Pretty sure the investors in KAHC expect a real business with real business operations to merge in, especially with an aggregate investment of over a billion dollars.
