When both a CEO and President role exist within a single company, the CEO outranks the President. This means the CEO is the top person, and the President is the second-highest ranked person. However, James Tilton, the serial con-man can still influence the CEO's decision if he is really the President of NSAV. He would still be around leeching NSAV investors until they run out of blood. You can remove the criminal from a position but you cant remove the criminal activity in him.
