They keep spouting off at the mouth without knowing what they are talking about. I don't know the answers to most of these trumped up questions and I don't care. I like the company is good with a good product with expansion plans, making money.
The price of the stock is a bargain below 5 cents. The last buys I made was on tuesday when I ran out of money. I made five small buys totaling 80,000 shares. Its too confusing how many shares are where and whats outstanding. I figured income of $50 million and worst case a billion shares which is crazy and I come up with a nickel and at 10 to 1 its a half a buck.
I think you will find the o/s shares after this is completed will be less then 200 million. At 200 million shares you are looking at $2.50PPS ($.25 x 10 to 1). Depending on the board they want to go on they have to get the price up to fit the requirements. It all looks just great to me.
See for most people they would get excited over that, but to me any money I make over $20,000 I give away. I keep the $20,000 as play money. More often then not I pick crappy stocks and lose money, but not this one. If this loses me money I will be shocked.
