Mr. Tilton served as Company CEO from January 2016 until August 2021. He resigned as CEO on August 10, 2021, but still continues to serve as the Company's President, Secretary, Treasurer, and member of the Board of Directors.

He is very much part of the decision making as he is still playing major roles within the company and signing off on documents.

Stervc, I agree that JT did the right thing, but it was not a selfless act. He holds half the preferred shares. If NSAV develops into what we all would like it to be, he becomes the biggest billionaire of all. If I were him, I would let the experts fly the plane. LOL
