OTC chasing stop signs, reinstatements, and custodianships without a clue what, if any, kind of company will be put in. New SEC rule 15C2-11 effective September 28 could not come sooner. With fewer trash stocks for people to lose their money on, should see more concentrated money flow into legitimate OTC companies, of which $CAVR/$LTBH is the cream of the crop.
