Yes it appears so. I just don't understand mgmt not telling the public/shareholders that there was a problem. It's a nice achievement that the platform is up and running but no one can do anything with it until the regulatory problems are sorted out. What was the purpose of issuing the same PR 4 or 5 times in the week or so preceding 8/9/21 if mgmt knew that had regulatory problems. Maybe mgmt did know until 8/9/21 that they had regulatory problem . If so, why did they not know? Mgmt was either incompetent or purposely misleading, IMO.

I just bought more shares today and have been a shareholder since 1/21. So I have a vested interested in NSAV.
