I think you're missing the point again. Shareholders need to rely on factual information provided by the company or its representatives.
This filing shows the public company will respond to DGF's Motion. That's what matters. I don't draw conclusions as to the Court's Decision nor do I speculate about legal documents that haven't been filed.
If the Motion claims non-compliance with the Order to provide financials, OWCP has to respond to that specific claim so YES this is about lack of financials.
