When the CEO resigns, IMO, the share price may not fall immediately....until others find out just how many liens are enforceable against Hop-On and Peter. Any wonder the CEO can't keep significant money in any bank? Just look at the past financials and notice any similarity? Even American Express went after Peter D. Michaels for a huge string of charges he did not pay (and apparently still hasn't).
He was also brought before a court to answer why he hasn't paid yet another massive judgment.
If there was a debtor's prison in California, Peter D Michaels/HPNN would be a good candidate to be a lifer there, IMO.

Thanks for asking. Ask the CEO just how many have asked him to resign. Or consider asking him to restore some of the tweets (he is 100% against free speech). He seems to forget....if re-tweeted first, he cannot truly stifle speech in those requests of him.
