I still think you dont understand how this works. IPs are expensive and slow. It would have taken a year plus probably to get them there and sometimes they flop. Vonage for example.
Once they get this papered up right we will be able to move to a higher exchange. In the end they could get just as much money. FCCN is a vehicle not a real acquirer.

IF you were AERO, AND strapped for cash, AND thought you had a good viable product, AND thought that there was a "time sensitive" component to the needed capital, you just might look for a quicker cheaper entry into the public markets...
Or you might not , what do I know? LOL LOL.
Anyway, time will tell.....
