Just Pasaca and the shareholders with 10%+

I am not in touch with this Junk anymore. Could you elaborate more on this is it in any filing? if true then pretty everyone here won't be able to trade any shares after S1 correct. Also does it mean new QMC could buy the unlisted shares at cheaper price , at the mercy of their pricing. or simply lost all the shares?

I would expect that if they file an S-1, it would come with a R/S for the "expected" up-listing Pasaca wants, in conjunction with a Proxy vote to approve if I am correct.

I expect shareholders to have fewer shares at the end "if" QMC files.

What do you mean 10% plus? I had 1.5 million shares. Is there a chance I am still in the game if it ever comes back?
