Yes, likely acreage with a building / shed? At that lease rate, it couldn't be much of consequence, IMO.

Thanks… that gives me confidence that we do have a product we can sell. Why spend the time and effort to find a bigger piece of property… and then lease it if we didn’t need more room for mass production?
