That's not what I said. I'm talking about a CEO of a company coercing others to buy up large amounts of stock to take it out of circulation. THAT is illegal. This CEO has already stated that. Strictly speaking, if a private group bought up a lot of shares and then sold for profit, that would technically be illegal too, but that happens all the time - especially in these pinks. Hard to prove if they don't use an easy to trace communication system.
