Still need proof form 25 doesn't terminate filing requirements for 12(b) registered stocks. BTW CACH was a 12(b) registered stock. CACH not required to file anything with the SEC.

Reverse merges are hot. CACH is a clean shell, has no liabilities. CACH is a prime candidate for a RM. Waiting.
