ENZC is filing to be upgraded to QB. And it has to be relatively close, so I am assuming that Harry is finally addressing IMMB’s status.

The Company is 100% owner of ENZC Sub., Inc.
The Company is 100% owner of BioClonetics Immunotherapy, Inc.

Well, sub license agreement. Still tied to them.
