Jake represents that NSAV and Tilton told him the shares weren't restricted. The filing shows they are/were. That's why NSAV/Tilton retained a lawyer. They've already been there and done that. Maybe new management said you will retain counsel, and not just default. Who knows. That's all speculation.


The 80 million shares is apparently tied to the last share registration that was done in May. Sounds like maybe they were declared effective and it just hasn't posted to the SEC website.
