Good question... my answer is that whatever taxable NET PROFITS they would show this quarter would be offset by previous net losses they have booked, and that will NOT be an issue for awhile.

I believe Justin Dye and the other investor insiders would much rather do what it takes to raise the stock price to over $5/share, so they could do deals with much less dilution to the common shareholders in the future, than worry about a miniscule tax bill...

If the company was to post a profit, possible but also debatable, it would not be enough to bother attempting to delay any tax payments on anyway. As Doc mentioned, it would be much more in the company's interest to post a profit and have the share price run reducing the number of shares required to make further acquisitions.
