it never hurts to try and get through it does work on occasion - since there are many of us that tilts the odds in our favor
that being said- you touched on the most important part PROFITABILITY
I'm fine with them expanding their business and increasing revenue but the thing management needs to quickly realize (assuming they already have) is that the share price will continue to diminish from nefarious acts so that when they want to raise cash again it'll be at 10 cents per share
They need to get themselves to a position of positive cash flow ASAP so that soon no more cash raises are even necessary.
The stock is being dragged down for that very reason- so that when they need to raise cash they essentially get nothing for issuing shares
they did what they did to pull themselves out of debt and to clear off note holders---- and now surprise surprise! a new round of scum are finding their way back in to make sure they take on debt again
the ONLY defense they have is becoming profitable so they do not need to raise capitol
