What is the current share structure? Is this info known?

That twitter post; someone mentioned a 3B (I presume billion) issuance. Did I miss this? Has Spooz increased the shares?

The OTC won't update until the financials are submitted. A definite step in the right direction, but the IQ approval just grants the company access to the backend. Nothing on the OTC will change until SPZI gets all the paperwork submitted.....
