Well until anyone can produce what should be a public document the final disposition of our assets I will fold. Don't forget Monbat that year was picked as the most open company in Bulgaria. However, they did not disclose the terms of a highly controversial acquisition of LTHUQ. They never mentioned once it was a bankrupt company!! Go figure. And with all the others I have mentioned in the past... go figure many times!!! lol
On another note, Monbat is hitting a two-year high... Maybe I am right and now Enersys has to make its move by September 28th. Unless they went back to the court and ask them to keep LTHUQ trading until June of next year. However, I don't think anyone is interested in going to see the judge about this shady situation. And it may raise eyebrows and or once they file anything with the SEC becomes public. So let's see.
