Those peaks came with news. Bringing the financials current, Reinstatement, etc. There is NO news now so no reason for a spike. It's not going to run higher just because it did 3 months ago or 6 months ago. It ran higher before with a reason but right now there is no reason to run higher.
Just because someone won the lottery last Tuesday doesn't mean they are going to win the lottery this Tuesday. Can't assume because the stock did something in the past it is going to do it again for no reason.
