The question for all involved is can it get on a docket and be resolved in two months? My guess is no.

I would disagree. The bar to delay a proxy vote or successfully challenge a nominated slate is very high. If it wasn't, Imagine how easy it would be for incumbent boards to toss aside proxy challenges simply by issuing a letter from their lawyer.

The vote will happen, and the shareholders will get to decide.
