Idiots pushing a stupid agenda. Hey Timmy Boy, you still think Paul Tidwell is dumping millions of shares? What form does he need to file if he sells? Trillium? Do they get to sell shares from their April conversion yet? Are there limits?

The more you idiots post, the more of a public service I'm doing here. What about those restricted shares received by 3a and Trillium in pate June? Are they getting dumped on the open market? Rule 144 doesn't apply to them?

Idiots. Keep posting. Just keep showing anyone who knows anything about finance, trading, SEC rules, etc. about how clueless you are. There are posts from 3 flight trying to get a group together to manipulate the stock price. Scroll and read his posts. Do you know that is a federal offense? No, you probably don't. But now you do. You weren't around back then but I argued with the guy for a month about this. Beyond all common sense he totally denied that any dilution after that April filing was occurring and was pumping this all to heck saying it was going to set new highs etc.

Anytime I would bring up facts about dilution he would either ignore them or bring up something completely wrong. It was like talking to a wall and I outright accused him of working for the converters. OF course he called me an idiot (countless times) for saying the stock would go to 5 cents as a result of the dilution. Funny how that turned out.

Now I am even more convinced he is as they are nearing the end of their note and my guess is want the stock price as low as possible so they can accumulate and ride it back up.
