what ? what does it matter when the merger happens as long as it happens ? Explain why it was undervalued on may at 10 cents and now it is suddenly fairly valued at 5 ??? After the company made deals with some BIG names, secured a favourable bank loan and postponed convertible notes to 2022 and 2023.
