Depends on what Noch requests and the Judge rules.
1st Noch would petition for a default, which if the court grants, Noch would then petition for whatever he thinks will make him whole.
And at that point if there's still been no response from the company, the judge will rubber stamp another default.
I've been involved in a couple civil suits over the years and the judges generally frown upon defendants who ignore the court.
Considering this would be the 2nd time around who knows what could happen.
Just checked, still no update,, But I'm pulling for a response.
