And tomorrow they default because they didn't respond. And I have the feeling they choose default over answering and fighting Jake in court (AGAIN!) is because of the FIRST reason Jake sued them after getting fired as CEO. And that is because Jake saw Tilton's books. (But that's just MY theory. ;-))
