I totally get it. It's just hard to send a message to an agency that allows this type of manipulation all around the OTC. Clearly there are bad actors in the space that are MMs doing what they want and the FBI and SEC should be looking into them. Maybe its better, but I sent them an email, got the generic response, and it was filed in some corner office that will never be looked at again.
Maybe they are building a case, who knows. But I agree.
