FYI FINRA is criminally investigating EV and PRPM/ BDGR last few months for fraud since I blew the whistle. Vakser has always been a pump and dump penny stock promoter using hyped empty PR to promote his fraud. I know the guy too well, yet he thinks I'm an idiot. Go figure, right? Vakser is the stupid one that he said to me in an email when I filed my Florida UCC against PRPM "You idiot, you have to legally file it in Texas too for it to be effective."
