The 55 million people on bid seem to differ. This is holding support and frankly there’s no need for conversation at this time since this is a merger play. I do have to agree I am concerned with your points but this is still a wait and see play.

CEO releases pr filing has been filed in June...never exist ....these CEO should be jail for lie to shareholders !!!
