I actually did and the previous one.

Summary.

So far, GDSI has collected zero and there has been no update from the company about any assets that have been identified. That includes mines in Mexico that the Bolzans sold.

The appeal will not be resolved until 2022 which means in my opinion there is zero chance we collect a nickel in Brazil until the appeals process is over.

It will be very interesting to see how far the Bolzans are willing to go to continue this war. Just remember, Brazil now has jurisdiction over GDSI. They didn't before but they do now.
