They still own the stock krisa my guess is the reverse merger will happen when the candidates are ready. I know this bc I am in a stock with the custodian they are busy right now. I bought SPRL as much shares as I could once I realized I could not buy more on TD Ameritrade or most platforms for that matter because of CE
