I can think of another, ATM*, what a stinker than one is. A shell with no revenue, a nasty stock like CACH.

You just answered your own question. The fact that they have filed nothing means there is nobody here to file. Even a empty shell has overhead to pay so there would always be financials to file. The fact nothing has been filed is proof no reverse merger is in the works here. Again there are several empty shells that file. One off the top of my head was XMET which is now HOMU.

NOT TRUE. Went to the SEC website. XMET wasn't an empty shell. They filed 15-12g in January which terminated their security under 12(g). No filings since then.
