i'm not very technical, but it seems like cardano is in a potentially crowded space of blockchain based smart-contract interoperability tokens, either trying to be the next ETH or fix what's wrong with both BTC and ETH.
when i looked into ADA several months ago it seemed like the community was frustrated, because various promised milestones weren't being met, despite high initial expectations.
i realize some strong people are on the ADA team, and it's possible developers have moved ahead since i was digging into it.
ICP has some things in common, but my sense is it has more enhanced functionality, along with built-in scarcity. and i also saw big corporate (silicon valley VC) backing for ICP, so i put my focus there instead.
the potential for ADA to outperform is certainly there, because of its lower price point, i think traders/investors will always find that attactive. and if they start scoring some big wins with corporate adoption, i'll be wishing i had some!
