Tried to tell folks that he was suing NSAV/Tilton/(and Posner?) and NSAV/Tilton weren't responding. (Scared of discovery and people seeing them books??). They are defaulting soon (I thought they had already. Oh well...)

it seems $NSAV will default on my lawsuit on Thursday - at that time I will look to take control of $NSAV clean the company up & use a real M&A firm to place a real company in $NSAV - love me or hate me it seems $NSAV will be my company in a couple days
