everyone said that the mrkt knows and the word it out? if it's done, why isn't pps higher? not trying to beat a dead horse, but the devil is in the details...

Ron has a long history of entering into bad deals or flaking on PR. that may have recently changed with the addition of new hires ,but facts are facts....President himself said the delay could lead to more LOI that can be presented for more favorable terms...

those are the details that everyone is waiting on, and will decide whether this is going to be $5 or .05....
